2SM Billet Axle Blocks: Yamaha

from $47.00

Fits all 2002-2022 Yamaha YZ250 and YZ125’s.

Available anodized in Blue, Black or Factory Bronze/Brown. Polished available upon request.

2SM Billet Axle Blocks are CNC machined from aerospace grade T6 billet aluminum for maximum strength when riding your dirtbike and wheel alignment accuracy when installing the rear wheel or just adjusting your chain tension.

Like all 2SM axle blocks they are CNC programmed to have the blocks’ axle boss holes in the same exact location on each side of the swing arm.

The 2SM Axle blocks for Yamahas have a machined counterbore that holds the axle head accurately and firmly into a recessed location where it is secured by 360 degrees of material on all sides. This ideal for preventing your axle from coming loose or misaligning while you’re riding instead of just pressing against a small tab of material located on a single side of the axle head like stock axle blocks have.

Axle boss holes are machined within thousandths of an inch larger than the outer diameter of the axle itself to prevent possible wheel slop. This margin of clearance translates a firmer and more accurate feeling when cornering, instilling more confidence in the riders’ mind and their faith in the bike setup.

Engraved axle adjustment marks are arranged so that your axle nut will always be on the correct side of the bike when you install your rear wheel. Markings are also matching the increments of the Yamaha swing arm.
